In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies for our physiology products, driving revenue growth and market share.   1. Develop and implement global marketing strategies for Abbott's physiology products to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and medical to develop and launch new products and enhancements.
  4. Create and manage product launch plans, including messaging, collateral, and sales training materials.
  5. Regularly monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address any issues.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and ensure compliance.
  8. Develop and manage product budgets, forecasting and tracking expenses to ensure profitability.
  9. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment of global marketing strategies.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Abbott, promoting our mission and values both internally and externally.
  11. Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Represent Abbott at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
  14. Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Marketing Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Product Development And Launch Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products In Global Markets.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
