  1. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and grow relationships with key enterprise customers in the East region of India.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for new business and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including C-suite executives, to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with Abbott's products and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer management and sales.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the healthcare market, and use this knowledge to inform account management strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
  7. Manage and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote Abbott's products and services and build relationships with potential customers.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Abbott, representing the company's values and mission to customers and external stakeholders.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Mentor and train junior account managers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical And Medical Device Market In India, Particularly In The Eastern Region

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Growth And Building Relationships With Key Accounts

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch To High-Level Decision Makers.
