  1. Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry advancements in automation and control technologies to continually improve processes.
  4. Create and maintain technical documentation for automation systems, including specifications, schematics, and operating manuals.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  6. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure quality and accuracy of automation and control systems.
  8. Train and mentor team members on automation and control systems to ensure proper usage and understanding.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and integrate new automation and control technologies.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze data from automation systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the development and implementation of automation and control systems.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking out opportunities to optimize processes and increase efficiency through automation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Automation And Controls Engineering

  • Proficiency In Plc Programming And Hmi/Scada Systems

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
