  3. Monitor and track document changes and revisions.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for document creation and updates.
  5. Coordinate and schedule document reviews and approvals.
  6. Communicate any document-related changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Maintain document tracking systems and databases.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
  9. Respond to document inquiries and provide support to employees regarding document-related issues.
  10. Identify and suggest process improvements to increase document efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure document compliance.
  12. Train and onboard new employees on document management processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to document management.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Communications, Or Information Management.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Document Management Or Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Document Control Systems And Processes, Such As Documentum Or Sharepoint.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite, With Advanced Skills In Word And Excel, As Well As Experience With Electronic Document Management And Scanning Software.
