- Communicate any document-related changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Train and onboard new employees on document management processes and procedures.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactively identify and resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Communications, Or Information Management.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Document Management Or Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Document Control Systems And Processes, Such As Documentum Or Sharepoint.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite, With Advanced Skills In Word And Excel, As Well As Experience With Electronic Document Management And Scanning Software.
