  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in healthcare products and services.
  2. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including product testing, auditing, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve quality processes and procedures.
  7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment on quality standards and expectations.
  8. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  10. Develop and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  11. Identify and address any potential quality issues or risks proactively.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports on quality metrics and initiatives to senior leadership.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development and operations, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
  14. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  15. Drive a customer-focused approach to quality, ensuring products meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability within the quality assurance team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Within The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards, Including Fda Regulations And Iso Certifications.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Management In A Quality Assurance Role, With Experience Overseeing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Quality Issues To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
