  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for identifying and pursuing licensing and acquisition opportunities to support the company's growth and business objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential partners and acquisition targets that align with the company's goals and values.
  3. Initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, target companies, and industry experts, to facilitate deal-making and negotiations.
  4. Evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions, including assessing financial viability, strategic fit, and potential risks.
  5. Lead and manage the entire deal process, from initial contact to final contract negotiations and integration planning.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure all aspects of the deal are properly evaluated and executed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of ongoing and potential deals.
  9. Monitor and track the performance of completed deals to ensure they meet the expected outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company's licensing and acquisition capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field With A Strong Academic Record.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Licensing Or Acquisitions Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Negotiating Licensing And Acquisition Deals That Align With Company Strategy And Drive Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property And Legal Principles Related To Licensing And Acquisitions.

  • Excellent Analytical, Financial, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
