  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to commercial compliance.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of company practices to identify and address any potential compliance issues.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels on compliance matters, including training and education.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business activities and practices are aligned with compliance requirements.
  5. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and proactively implement necessary updates and changes to company policies and procedures.
  6. Investigate and respond to any compliance-related concerns or reports, ensuring timely resolution.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities, including audits, trainings, and investigations.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and requests for information.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compliance, and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  11. Foster a culture of ethical behavior and compliance within the company through effective communication and training initiatives.
  12. Act as a role model for ethical and compliant behavior, leading by example in all aspects of the job.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong compliance program that promotes the company's commitment to ethical standards.
  14. Represent the company in compliance-related meetings, trainings, and conferences as needed.
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Compliance, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To The Commercial Aspects Of The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
