  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to customers in the implementation and utilization of Abbott products.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Abbott products and their clinical applications.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to inform product development and sales strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any clinical issues or concerns raised by customers.
  8. Conduct in-service education for healthcare providers on the proper use and benefits of Abbott products.
  9. Assist in clinical research and data analysis to support product performance evaluations.
  10. Represent Abbott at industry conferences, seminars, and events to showcase products and build brand awareness.
  11. Provide ongoing support and education to customers to ensure optimal product utilization and patient outcomes.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute clinical strategies and messaging.
  13. Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to clinical activities.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission of improving lives through healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Clinical Research Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time To Attend Conferences, Trainings, And Support Sales Teams.
