  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals using Abbott's cardiac rhythm management products.
  2. Conduct product trainings and presentations for healthcare professionals to ensure proper utilization and understanding of CRM products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for product promotion and growth.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to effectively communicate and educate healthcare professionals.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Abbott's CRM products.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to promote and drive product adoption.
  7. Assist with clinical research and studies to gather data and insights on product performance, safety, and efficacy.
  8. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other educational events to represent Abbott and its CRM products.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  10. Serve as a resource for customers by providing product information, support, and answering any questions or concerns.
  11. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and resources to effectively promote Abbott's CRM products.
  12. Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and activities.
  15. Embody Abbott's values and mission, and promote a positive and professional image of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In The Field Of Cardiac Rhythm Management (Crm).

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Crm Devices, Procedures, And Technologies.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals.

  • Prior Experience In Patient Education And Support, As Well As Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Crm Devices.
