If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Central team at Abbott as a Clinical Specialist.As a Clinical Specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will play a vital role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals in the use of our innovative cardiac devices. Your knowledge and experience will be essential in ensuring the safe and effective use of our products, ultimately making a positive impact on patient outcomes.To excel in this role, you must have a degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing, electrophysiology, or a similar role.   1. Educate healthcare professionals on the use of our innovative cardiac devices.
  2. Provide support and guidance to healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of our products.
  3. Utilize your clinical background and expertise in cardiac rhythm management to positively impact patient outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in the field of cardiac care.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals.
  6. Conduct presentations and trainings on our products at conferences and other events.
  7. Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams, providing insights and feedback on product development and improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
  9. Continuously assess and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  10. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
  11. Stay compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  12. Act as a mentor and resource for new clinical specialists on the team.
  13. Travel to various healthcare facilities to support and train healthcare professionals on our products.
  14. Participate in clinical research studies and contribute to the development of scientific publications.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Allied Health, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Cardiac Rhythm Management, Preferably In A Clinical Or Technical Role
