  • Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Abbott's cardiac rhythm management devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for successful device implementation and utilization.
  • Conduct on-site visits to healthcare facilities to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cardiac rhythm management technology, and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote the adoption and continued use of Abbott's devices.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Participate in clinical studies and trials to gather data and insights on Abbott's devices.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Health Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Cardiac Rhythm Management Industry, With A Focus On Central Team Support.

  • Knowledge And Expertise In The Use Of Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management Products, Including Pacemakers, Defibrillators, And Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Devices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing High-Quality, Efficient Support To Healthcare Providers And Patients In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Training And Education To Healthcare Professionals.
