To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the structural heart space. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Abbott's TAVI products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the healthcare industry, specifically in the structural heart space.
  3. Utilize your strong background in sales to effectively promote and sell Abbott's TAVI products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and clinical teams, to develop and execute strategic plans for increasing product adoption and market share.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals, highlighting the unique benefits and capabilities of Abbott's TAVI products.
  6. Attend and represent Abbott at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  9. Continuously expand your knowledge of the medical field, particularly in the areas of structural heart disease and TAVI procedures, to effectively communicate with and educate healthcare professionals.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Abbott, representing the company's values and commitment to improving patients' lives.
  12. Travel as needed to fulfill job duties, including attending meetings, trainings, and conferences.
  13. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and supporting team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Nursing, Biomedical Engineering) Or Equivalent Work Experience

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Cardiac Or Interventional Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Structural Heart Disease And Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (Tavi) Procedures

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Decision Makers In Hospitals And Healthcare Facilities
