- Manage and maintain clinical data systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement data collection and management protocols to support clinical research and product development.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision making and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across different projects.
- Communicate and present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify and troubleshoot data issues, and propose solutions to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Participate in the design and development of new data systems and processes to enhance data management capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management and analysis to continuously improve processes and techniques.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on data systems and processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations related to data management and privacy.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Clinical Data Management Or Analysis
Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Data Standards And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Fda Guidelines
Proficiency In Data Management Systems And Programming Languages, Such As Sql And Python
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends Or Issues.
