  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the electrophysiology market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Drive sales within assigned territory through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for electrophysiology products.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  6. Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of electrophysiology products.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  8. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and promote products.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on electrophysiology products and provide support to team members.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and market insights.
  12. Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to identify their needs and preferences.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and make a positive impact in the field of electrophysiology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Electrophysiology Or Medical Device Sales.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Cardiac Anatomy And Physiology.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Territory In Medical Device Sales.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
