  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the brand, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform brand strategy and product portfolio decisions.
  3. Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and successful brand strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on potential partnerships and collaborations.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  8. Develop and implement product launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and promotional tactics.
  9. Monitor and track brand performance and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  10. Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently applied across all communications and touchpoints.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and proactively make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the brand team, encouraging new ideas and approaches.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  14. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and other relevant platforms.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values, and act as a positive brand ambassador at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Consumer Behavior

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Marketing Plans And Initiatives To Drive Brand Growth And Market Share.
