  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for the Adult Nutrition Ensure brand to drive sales and increase market share.
  2. Conduct market and consumer research to gain insights and identify opportunities for the brand.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and messaging.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
  5. Manage the brand budget and optimize resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  6. Monitor and track brand performance, including sales, market share, and consumer feedback, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to drive brand awareness and advocacy.
  8. Lead the development and execution of creative and innovative marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives.
  9. Manage and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the healthcare and nutrition sectors to continuously improve and evolve the brand strategy.
  11. Mentor and develop junior marketing team members to support their growth and development.
  12. Represent the brand and company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in all marketing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
