  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing high voltage therapy products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and commercialization of innovative medical devices.
  3. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  4. Create and manage product launch plans, including marketing materials, sales training, and promotional activities.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.
  7. Provide input on product design and features based on customer needs and market demands.
  8. Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  9. Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  10. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
  11. Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all marketing efforts.
  13. Continuously monitor and track product performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the High Voltage Therapies team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing best practices.
  15. Embody the company's mission and values, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the lives of patients worldwide.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Medical Device Market And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Driving Sales Growth.
