At Abbott, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate CAPA Specialist to join our quality team. This position requires a candidate with a passion for accuracy and a commitment to excellence. The Associate CAPA Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process and providing expertise on CAPA management.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Regulatory Affairs, and at least two years of experience in a quality management system or a related field. The Associate CAPA Specialist will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
