Demand Planner

We are looking for a Demand Planner with beauty or cosmetics experience- this person will serve an integral role in the ongoing operations and scaled growth of the company. Organize and monitor all data available to create item level and aggregate demand forecasts. Continually analyze data to identify areas for improvement to maximize revenues and minimize losses. Provide informative reports to communicate information internally and externally, including the design of reporting templates for both regular recurring reports as well as ad-hoc requests. Serves as a primary contributor to budgeting processes. Perform routine audits on inventory levels, processes, and systems. Proactively communicate with leadership, operations, and external partners. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to anticipate and resolve critical supply issues and consumer-facing concerns.
