Receptionist
The Team Service Support Receptionist is part of the Facilities Department and is the company's first impression. The TSS Receptionist manages all front desk operations including answer phones, receive visitors, and support the corporate operations to ensure that team members and guests receive quality facility services, overall office support, and enthusiastic reception. Greet all guests and visitors and ensure the visitor log is utilized. Process member calls and walk-ins in accordance with the Member Services policies, forward to the Member Care Specialist team as appropriate. Organize and maintain a clean, professional appearance of lobby area.
