HRIS Data Analyst
Develop reporting and analytic strategies based on company projects and initiatives. Develop and support a report intake/request process to ensure report/data needs are being met and drive specific business outcomes. Develops and routinely creates reports containing business metrics including turnover, staffing, productivity (sales, operational, financial), and other reports as needed. Identify and analyze trends to make recommendations based on those findings. Prepare summaries and executive analyses as needed. Support HRIS in operational data integrity and support in maintaining HR data sets. Assist the business in the facilitation of survey tools as needed for people data projects. Translates business needs into functional requirements. Lead the consolidation, storage and usage of HR data from internal and external sources. Create, update and maintain translation tables and data joins as needed.
Experience working with complex data models.
Proven ability to communicate technical business requirements to non-technical end users.
6+ years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience working with complex datasets, queries, reports or leading system implementations.
