Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Instructional Designer to join our team at Ryder System. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is passionate about transforming complex topics into engaging and easy-to-understand learning experiences.In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create and deliver innovative and effective learning solutions. You will design and develop instructional materials, facilitate learner-centered activities, and evaluate learning outcomes.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be an independent problem solver, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also excel at developing collaborative relationships with internal team members and external vendors. A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required.
