Assist in the preparation of annual budget/reforecasts and month-end close. Manage the Advertising & Promotion budget, including preparation of JEs and account reconciliations. Provide department heads with monthly summaries of expenditures vs. budget. Provide monthly P&L reporting, year-to-date and year-to-go analysis. Assist in the preparation of the Transfer Prices (as needed), including system cost validation. Gain an understanding of all facets of the business to better understand the implications of the role. Interface with country affiliates to manage chargebacks and miscellaneous requests. Provide margin reforecasts based on information provided by Brand Supply Chain. Expeditiously provide the Head of Finance with ad-hoc requests.
