Pike Industries, Inc. is a subsidiary of Oldcastle Incorporated. Oldcastle is the U.S. division of CRH, a publicly owned corporation based in Dublin, Ireland. Pike Industries operates under Oldcastle Materials Group (OMG). OMG is the number one ranked asphalt producer in the country, as well as the third largest aggregate producer. Established in 1872, the Company’s operations have expanded to include divisions in aggregate production, asphalt grinding, reclamation, and a heavy highway division that handles earthwork, pipe installation, and site work. Pike currently operates over 40 asphalt plants and 20 crushing facilities throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
