Husky Energy, Inc. is an international integrated energy company. It operates its business through two segments: Upstream and Downstream. The Upstream segment includes the exploration for, development, production and marketing of crude oil, bitumen, natural gas and natural gas liquids. The Downstream segment includes refined petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, ethanol blended fuels, ethanol, asphalt and ancillary products.
In 2020, the company agreed to be acquired by Cenovus Energy. The deal closed in January 2021 and Husky became a subsidiary of Cenovus.
