BI-LO is an American supermarket chain owned by Southeastern Grocers, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. The company operates 107 supermarkets under the BI-LO brand in South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina. The BI-LO headquarters were previously located in Mauldin, South Carolina. They are a part of Southeastern Grocers. 
On June 9, 2020, Southeastern Grocers announced the decision to no longer operate stores under the BI-LO banner. As part of an effort to reach that goal, Southeastern reached an agreement to sell 62 stores, including 46 BI-LO and 16 Harveys Supermarkets, to Ahold Delhaize subsidiary Food Lion.
