The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a desire to build strong customer relationships, lead by example, and be a mentor to their team.The successful candidate will have a college degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience working with Epic software and billing systems. They must have a proven track record of success in leading a team and possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
