
Project Coordinator, Broadcast/Production Technology Design & Integration

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute technology projects for WarnerMedia's broadcast and production teams.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports, and ensure that they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible by all team members.
- Communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and timely manner.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project.
- Conduct research on new broadcast and production technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of project components and services.
- Provide technical support and assistance to project team members and end-users as needed.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in broadcast and production technology, and incorporate them into project plans and designs.
Bachelor's Degree In Broadcast Engineering, Media Production, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Coordination And Management, Preferably In The Broadcast Or Media Industry.
Proficiency In Project Management Software Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana.
Strong Understanding Of Broadcast Technology, Including Video And Audio Production Equipment, Broadcast Systems, And It Infrastructure.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
