1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Utilize extensive knowledge of beauty and wellness products to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and addressing their concerns.
4. Stay up-to-date on new beauty and wellness trends and products to better assist customers.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and provide education on the benefits and usage of various products.
6. Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the beauty and wellness department.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
8. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety protocols and inventory management.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide a positive shopping experience.
11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to further develop knowledge and skills.
13. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
14. Act as a brand ambassador for Walgreens and promote store loyalty programs and initiatives.
15. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping environment.
