VP Credit Analyst, Leveraged Credit

In this role, you will be responsible for providing deep analytics and credit decisioning across a wide variety of complex leveraged credit transactions, helping Voya become the leader in providing innovative and reliable capital solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and decisioning on leveraged credit transactions.
2. Develop innovative, reliable capital solutions for Voya Financial customers.
3. Analyze financial statements, cash flow statements, business plans, and other related documents to assess credit risk.
4. Monitor customer credit portfolios and suggest necessary adjustments.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of the leveraged credit market and related regulations.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as lenders, underwriters, and regulators.
7. Prepare detailed reports of credit analysis and present findings to senior management.
8. Review and suggest updates to existing credit policies.
9. Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts.
10. Remain current on industry trends, developments, and best practices in leveraged credit.
