1. Monitor and maintain the performance of OSS systems to ensure seamless and reliable connectivity for Vodafone customers.
2. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or errors in OSS systems and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
3. Conduct regular audits and performance tests to proactively identify potential issues and improve overall system performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, updates, and enhancements to OSS systems.
5. Develop and maintain documentation for OSS systems, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
