At Vanguard, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding communication skills, be organized, and have a knack for problem solving.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with an emphasis on recruitment and onboarding. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. You must also have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, and the ability to interpret and apply them in a creative and effective manner.We are looking for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and who is committed to helping us create a culture of trust and respect among our employees. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the HR team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
- Manage employee relations and address employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Oversee and administer employee benefits programs.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations and ensure their compliance.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the accuracy of employee records and the timely processing of all HR-related documents.
- Participate in performance management activities such as performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Manage and coordinate HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and productive working environment.
