Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team at Urban Outfitters! This exciting role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for human resources to jumpstart their career in the field. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, and will be an integral part of our HR team.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a similar role. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with people from all backgrounds. The successful candidate should also have a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
