  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve department goals.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the Service & Styling department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of service and styling associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  4. Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive steps to address any issues.
  5. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and product offerings to provide exceptional styling advice and recommendations to customers.
  7. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the department, creating an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  8. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure the department is stocked with the latest and most popular products.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvement and innovation within the department.
  14. Work closely with the store manager to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized department, ensuring all visual merchandising standards are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Department Manager At Urban Outfitters Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Similar Industry Such As Fashion Or Lifestyle.
