  1. Manage and maintain the supply chain process for the university, ensuring all materials are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks or shortages, taking proactive measures to mitigate any potential disruptions.
  4. Conduct data analysis and use metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities, including inventory levels, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
  6. Continuously evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms for materials and supplies.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to supply chain management.
  8. Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  9. Train and support other team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Act as a liaison between various departments and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any supply chain-related issues.
  12. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input and insights on supply chain processes and procedures.
  13. Uphold the university's values and standards while representing the supply chain team in all interactions.
  14. Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure all purchasing and procurement procedures align with supply chain objectives and goals.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the supply chain process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Procurement And Inventory Management Processes And Procedures.

  • Familiarity With Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Strong Communication, Organizational, And Analytical Skills.
