Job Description

  1. Utilize technical expertise: Use your knowledge and skills in technology to support and enhance mental and behavioral health programs at Universal Health Services.
  2. Support mental and behavioral health services: Work closely with the mental and behavioral health team to ensure that technology is being used effectively to improve the delivery of care to patients.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues: Quickly and efficiently identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring uninterrupted access to technology for staff and patients.
  4. Implement new technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and work to implement new technologies that can improve the delivery of mental and behavioral health services.
  5. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure that technology is being used effectively and efficiently across all mental and behavioral health programs.
  6. Train staff on technology: Provide training and support to staff on how to use various technologies, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to utilize technology in their daily work.
  7. Maintain and update technology: Regularly maintain and update technology systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting the needs of the mental and behavioral health programs.
  8. Ensure patient privacy and security: Adhere to privacy and security regulations to protect patient information and maintain confidentiality.
  9. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas where technology can be used to streamline processes and improve the delivery of care, and work to implement these improvements.
  10. Deliver exceptional care: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality and compassionate care to individuals in need through the effective use of technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Experience With Mental Health And Behavioral Health Software Systems.

  • Availability To Work Part-Time, Including Evenings And Weekends As Needed.
