Loss Prevention Officer

At UNIQLO, we are looking for a motivated and driven Loss Prevention Officer who is passionate about upholding store security and preventing loss. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have experience in retail security or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of loss prevention techniques. We are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with customers, store staff, and law enforcement to ensure the safety and security of our store at all times. Responsibilities:

• Monitor store security systems, such as cameras and alarm systems, to detect and deter any suspicious activity
• Maintain a strong presence on the store floor, and respond to any security incidents or suspicious behavior
• Conduct regular patrols of the store to ensure safety and security
• Investigate and document any loss prevention incidents, and work with law enforcement and store staff if necessary
• Report any suspicious activity or theft to store management
• Greet customers and employees, and ensure they are following store policies and procedures
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce incidents of theft and fraud in the store
• Assist in training store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures
• Remain up-to-date on the latest loss prevention technologies, trends, and best practices
