Loss Prevention Officer

They must also be dedicated to upholding UNIQLO's high standards of customer service and safety.The successful candidate should possess a minimum of two years of experience in retail loss prevention and security, or equivalent experience in a related field. They must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation to travel to multiple locations. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activities and customer behavior to detect any suspicious activity or theft
2. Review CCTV footage to identify any suspicious activity or theft
3. Escort customers to the checkout to prevent shoplifting
4. Monitor entrance and exit routes to prevent theft
5. Assist in the apprehension, detention, and prosecution of shoplifters or other criminals
6. Utilize customer service skills to diffuse potential issues
7. Respond to medical and security incidents
8. Communicate daily with store management regarding security matters
9. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and store assets
10. Create and enforce loss prevention policies
11. Perform internal audits and inspections
12. Travel to multiple locations as necessary
13. Remain current on security trends and technologies
