Communications Manager

Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver multiple overlapping activities in a fast-paced environment. Partner with brand teams to deliver outstanding storytelling for Beauty & Wellbeing and our brands. Provide consistent reputation management support, through reactive and proactive issues handling. Play an active role on the crisis response and communication team including identifying a potential crisis, notifying key stakeholders, monitoring the situation, and drafting a corporate response if necessary. Develop briefing materials and messaging and coordinate logistics to prepare executives for interviews and external speaking engagements. Develop corporate messaging and response guides, including executive quotes or responses. Work as the internal communications lead for Unilever’s Health & Wellbeing division, directly business partnering with the CEO and HR lead.
