  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process for the apparel division.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute efficient production plans.
  4. Oversee the procurement process, including negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers by managing production schedules and inventory levels.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
  8. Continuously monitor industry trends and changes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain processes.
  10. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet company standards.
  11. Manage and optimize production costs to meet budgetary goals.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Develop and maintain risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
  14. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain performance and present recommendations for improvement.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Supply Operations, Preferably In The Apparel Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Relationships And Drive Process Improvements.
