  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue them.
  4. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for key account strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry and market trends, and use this knowledge to anticipate and proactively address potential challenges or opportunities.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and sales data.
  9. Effectively communicate company's value proposition and product offerings to clients.
  10. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Under Armor and promote company values and culture to clients.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional and personal growth to enhance job performance.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and guidelines.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
  15. Collaborate with sales and account management team members to share best practices and support each other's success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts And Achieving Sales Targets.
