Active Rn License In The State Of Colorado: This Is A Necessary Qualification For Any Nursing Job And Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Educational And Licensing Requirements To Practice As A Registered Nurse In The State.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Critical Care Nursing Experience: Due To The Demanding Nature Of Critical Care Nursing, Uchealth Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In This Specialty To Ensure That The Candidate Is Well-Versed In Providing High-Quality Care To Critically Ill Patients.
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications: These Certifications Are Essential For A Travel Nurse Working In Critical Care As They Demonstrate The Candidate's Knowledge And Skills In Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, And Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree: While Not Always A Requirement, Uchealth Prefers Candidates Who Have Completed A Bsn Program As It Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Knowledge In The Field Of Nursing.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Travel Nurse, The Candidate Will Be Working With Different Teams And Patients, Often In High-Stress Situations.
