  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies through automation tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
  2. Use marketing technology to optimize and streamline operations, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  3. Analyze and report on marketing data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and operations, and implement new strategies accordingly.
  6. Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms, including set-up, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  7. Create and maintain documentation and training materials for marketing automation processes and tools.
  8. Monitor and track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and support for marketing technology.
  10. Manage and allocate budget for marketing automation and operations initiatives.
  11. Train and support team members on the use of marketing technology and best practices for campaign execution.
  12. Continuously test and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve overall performance and ROI.
  13. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all marketing automation activities.
  14. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute A/B testing strategies.
  15. Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure timely execution of marketing automation initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Marketing Automation And Operations, Preferably In A High-Growth Technology Company

  • Proficiency In Marketing Automation Platforms Such As Marketo, Hubspot, Or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Marketing Strategies And Optimize Campaigns

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
