  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot issues with digital receivables processes and provide timely resolutions.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for the digital receivables department.
  11. Lead and participate in various projects related to digital banking and payments.
  12. Communicate progress and results to senior management through reports and presentations.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Digital Receivables Processes And Technologies: This Includes Expertise In Various Payment Methods, Such As Ach, Wire Transfers, And Credit Cards, As Well As Familiarity With Digital Platforms And Systems Used For Receivables Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful C2B Digital Receivables Manager At U.s. Bank Corp Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Identify Patterns To Improve Receivables Processes And Drive Efficiency. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Experience In Managing Large-Scale Receivables Operations: The Role Requires Overseeing A High Volume Of Transactions And Managing Multiple Teams, So A Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Managing Large-Scale Receivables Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A C2B Digital Receivables Manager, The Individual Will Need To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Internal Teams, And Technology Partners.
