  1. Design, develop, and implement automated processes using UIPath to optimize efficiency and streamline operations at Truist Financial.
  2. Utilize expertise in UIPath to identify opportunities for automation and create solutions that will enhance business processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements and develop automation solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze automated processes to identify areas for improvement and implement updates and enhancements as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest UIPath developments and innovations to ensure Truist Financial remains at the forefront of automation technology.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automated processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  7. Provide training and support to team members and end-users on UIPath and automated processes.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for all automated processes, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.
  9. Adhere to all security protocols and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive data and information.
  10. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to automated processes and work to mitigate them.
  11. Collaborate with other Intelligent Automation Software Engineers to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of Truist Financial by actively promoting and driving a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
