  1. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform decision-making processes and drive business growth.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic initiatives.
  3. Utilize expertise in PPNR modeling methodologies and balance sheet management to optimize balance sheet performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of models and forecasts.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to financial modeling and forecasting.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high-quality and accurate model development.
  7. Present complex financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation for all models and processes.
  9. Continuously review and improve existing models and processes to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
  10. Contribute to the development and execution of the bank's overall strategic plan.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to PPNR and balance sheet modeling.
  12. Collaborate with regulators and auditors to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  13. Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and consultants as necessary.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  15. Represent the bank in industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in PPNR and balance sheet modeling.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Ppnr And Balance Sheet Modeling: Candidates Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices Related To Ppnr And Balance Sheet Modeling.

  • Advanced Analytical Skills: The Director Must Possess Advanced Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Conduct Complex Financial Analysis, Build And Validate Models, And Interpret Data To Inform Business Decisions.

  • Experience In The Financial Services Industry: Candidates Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Ppnr And Balance Sheet Modeling. Previous Experience At A Bank Or Financial Institution Is Preferred.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: The Director Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Ppnr And Balance Sheet Modeling, Including Stress Testing And Capital Planning.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: The Director Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And Regulators. Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
