- Lead and manage a team of Business Connect Navigators to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the success of the Business Connect program.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them to improve their skills and achieve their individual goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, performance management, and resource allocation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including small business clients, partners, and other internal departments.
- Analyze program data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the program's effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for program enhancements and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Represent Truist Financial and the Business Connect program at industry events and conferences.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and recognition to team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as an ambassador for Truist Financial, promoting our brand and values in all interactions with clients and partners.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Financial Services.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Knowledge Of Financial Products, Services, And Industry Trends.
