  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives and programs in alignment with company goals and vision.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic projects and initiatives.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic initiatives.
  5. Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions with key stakeholders to gather input and drive decision-making.
  6. Monitor and track progress of strategic programs, providing regular updates to leadership and making adjustments as needed.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  9. Coach and mentor team members to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support strategic programs.
  11. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and evolve strategic programs.
  12. Act as a representative of the company in external engagements related to strategic initiatives.
  13. Communicate updates and progress of strategic initiatives to all levels of the organization.
  14. Ensure all strategic programs adhere to company policies and regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and measure the success and impact of strategic programs.
