Stockroom Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate inventory of stockroom items, including counting and tracking stock levels.
2. Ensure stockroom processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
3. Receive incoming shipments and organize products in the stockroom.
4. Assist with packing and shipping customer orders.
5. Keep stockroom and merchandise areas neat and organized.
6. Monitor stockroom supplies and restock as needed.
7. Assist customers with product inquiries and product selection.
8. Process returns and exchanges.
9. Assist in the implementation of new stockroom processes and procedures.
10. Communicate with team members and other store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
