  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their jewelry purchases.
  2. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of current jewelry trends, styles, and brands carried by the company.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs and preferences.
  4. Handle all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized jewelry department, including display cases and inventory.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and attend training sessions to continuously improve expertise.
  9. Ensure all jewelry is properly labeled and priced according to company guidelines.
  10. Work with store management to implement promotions and events to drive sales.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  14. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
